Enjoy rhythmic exercise with stretching and strength training routines with the goal of improving all elements of fitness for all ages and abilities. Wearing active gear will ensure you feel most comfortable throughout the session. Become a member or pay as you go. Each session costs £6, but your first session is free! Dance classes for all ages, ranging from 1-3yrs Mini Movement classes to Adult Ballet & Tap classes. Our main timetable is for ages 3-18, providing classes in ballet, modern, tap, hip hop, contemporary, jazz and Musical Theatre. Our classes are inclusive, and are always flexible to individual needs, so always come and talk to us!

Walking Netball is a slower version of the game; it is netball, but at a walking pace. Sessions are full of fun, laughter and camaraderie.
