Inclusive trampolining session led by Sport for Confidence. Sport for Confidence programmes place health professionals and specialist coaches into leisure centers, to provide inclusive sporting opportunities to people who face barriers to participation, including those with learning disabilities, mental health issues, dementia, autism, physical impairment or disability, homelessness, and many other complex health needs.
Disability and Inclusive Activity Clubs are fun and accessible that provide Paralympic and multi-sports for disabled people. Delivering high quality sports and physical activity provision for the community and offering expert knowledge of disability sport through our fully-qualified sports coaches
Swimming is an low-impact workout that works the whole body. It can help build cardiovascular fitness, stamina and strength.
Gentle yoga course taught in person with British Wheel of Yoga teacher Tamsin Kelly. This class is perfect for someone who is new to yoga or enjoys a slower paced class. The poses can be adapted for people recovering from an injury or who have a limitation. In addition students also have access to pre-recorded yoga classes with Tamsin for home practice. Those doing the class online will be sent a zoom link prior to the first class.

Participants must complete and submit a referral form prior to accessing this class This class is part of our BE ACTIVE … live well programme which is aimed at those with a health condition; the older adult; and/or those who haven't exercised before and don't know where to start. Seated exercise is a chair based exercise to music class, which is suitable for all levels. Age: 16+
An adaptable class that responds to your individual ability, water confidence and focus. Perfect for returning to exercise, building confidence and fitness. Suitable for recovery from injury or managing a musculoskeletal condition as well as general wellbeing. Pre-registration is required before attending your first Good Boost session, please contact your local leisure facility.
