PLEASE NOTE: If you have never used the toning suite before you are required an induction. Inductions are £11.80 and must be booked over the phone or in site 01472 326875. You are only permitted to use the Toning Suite if you meet a certain criteria which will be authorised by the Fitness Supervisor.

The classes are suitable for older adults who haven’t exercised before or who have started to experience a decline in their physical ability. Includes a 30 Minute Social. Each class is taught by a qualified and knowledgeable instructor who will be able to answer any questions you might have. OFC offer multiple fun, safe and exciting youth club sessions every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 3pm - 5pm at Naseby youth centre, Alum Rock, B8 3HG. Anyone aged 10 - 16 can come down and join, These sessions include pool tournaments, table tennis matches, arcade boxing machine tournaments, FIFA tournaments, multisports activities and more.
