PLEASE NOTE: If you have never used the toning suite before you are required an induction. Inductions are £11.80 and must be booked over the phone or in site (01472) 326875. You are only permitted to use the Toning Suite if you meet a certain criteria which will be authorised by the Fitness Supervisor.
Our purpose built sensory room is designed for disabled children and adults, and also under 5's. Sensory rooms provide a relaxing environment in which can both calm and stimulate the senses through interactive fun and a relaxing atmosphere. Trampoline and Gymnastics Coaching. All welcome. Over 10% of our members have a disability and we are encouraging more to join. We adapt the activities on the Trampoline to your specific disability. You don't have to be able to bounce, we use bean bags and can bounce you. If you can't see, we will bounce with you. Give it a go, it's fun.
