A fun and creative weekly class, Dance Ability is specifically designed for young dancers with cognitive and/or physical disabilities, or who identify as neurodivergent. Led by experienced inclusive dance artist, Vicki Busfield, Dance Ability uses props, music and movement to boost confidence, physicality and social interaction skills. In our Dance Ability: Carers & Dancers class, children and their parents / carers / older siblings have fun dancing together.

Join us for a weekly timed run, jog, or walk over a measured 5km (3.1 mile) course which starts and finishes in Apex Park. The route takes you around the lake, back on the river path and along the Esplanade, turning around before the jetty, and heading back to the finish.
