The classes are suitable for older adults who haven’t exercised before or who have started to experience a decline in their physical ability. Hello! My name is Chloe, I’m a Level 3 Pre, Postnatal (now Baby First Aid Certified!) & Orthopaedic-qualified Mat Pilates Instructor, specialising in beginner to intermediate level classes. My approach seamlessly combines a mixture of classic and contemporary Pilates styles for a fun, dynamic session. I can offer 1-2-1 individually-tailored sessions as well as in-person group and online classes
This is a gentle class and ideal for beginners. Yoga is a great exercise for the body and mind as it improves strength, balance, flexibility and reduces levels of stress. It can also ease pain and improve mobility for people with lower back issues; as well as ease discomfort from tender, swollen joints for people with arthritis.
First Steps - This is our shortest walk, 20 - 30 minutes, flat and even ground, gentle pace, no stiles, regular stopping places. It is a gentle walk for beginners and ideal for people who are returning to physical activity after injury or illness or who haven't been active in a while.
