A slower version of the game, it`s still netball, but played at a walking pace. The game has been designed so that anyone can play it, regardless of fitness level and sessions are taken by a trained activator. Don’t worry if you have forgotten the rules, as they will be able to help you on your way to getting back into the sport you love.
These swim sessions are generally quieter and so may be more suitable for children living with SEND, neurodivergence and/or other long term health conditions. All under 8s must attend with an adult (18+), 1 adult for every 2 under 8s.

A class designed for people following a cardiac episode, including surgery, to continue to be active in a safe environment.

A swimming session aimed for over 60s as well as adults and children with disabilities. It’s a great way to socialise and relax in a pool environment.
Gentle joint mobility to commence, some pulse raising exercises for light cardiovascular components, some balance exercises, functional exercises, use of small equipment for strength components and fun activities, followed by stretches to conclude. This is a very social class to encourage exercising whilst having fun and making friends
Class designed for those that have had a fall, fearful of falling or those recovering from illness or surgery and want to regain strength balance and coordination, session designed in conjunction with Age UK
