Steady and Strong classes for older adults have been developed by experts to increase your strength and balance, helping you to stay stronger for longer and able to keep doing the things you love. This is a Falls Management Exercise Programme based on the nationally recognised FaME programme. Ideally suited to seniors / over 50 who have recently suffered a fall or are unsteady on their feet. This is a 24 week programme designed to improve mobility, stability and balance. The programme has been refunded by the Northfield NNS / Birmingham City Council. Applications are now open for the next programme - expected to commence in October.
