Chair yoga is a fully inclusive low impact class suitable for everyone. The practice will include flexibility, strength, well being and breath work to help relieve stress. This class is perfect for those who struggle to get up and down from a mat or recovering from an injury. Ages 16+

Mixed ability up to 45 minutes, about 2 miles, moderate hills, steady pace. If this is your first Health Walk, please arrive 10-15 minutes before the start so you can listen to a pre walk briefing.
