A Low Impact circuit class aimed for residents who are inactive and at risk of cardiovascular diseases and mild to moderate mental health conditions. Please note all participants looking to take part must book a consultation to see the Get Active Specialist first. This consultation will run through the essential inclusion criteria to determine eligibility. Participants will receive 6 weeks free of exercise classes and then £4.50 per person
Duration - one hour, walk grade 2.5. Finish off the working day with a walk in the Park. The Evening Walk is a great way to relax, it’s social and exercise too!
