Bookings are for 1 hour, including entry and briefing. Supervision ratios: 18M-4Y (1 paying adult -2 kids), 5-7Y (1 paying adult – 10 kids), 8+ (no ratio). Grip socks required.
Strength & Balance is a chair-based exercise programme for over-55s living in Islington. These sessions can be done sitting down but are also suitable for those looking to improve their balance and become steadier on their feet. These gentle exercise classes are also suitable for people with movement-limiting conditions such as COPD and arthritis. If you or a loved one are looking to improve strength and increase independence then this is the class for you.
Aerial isn't easy. But the challenge is part of what makes it so fun! We're all about making it as accessible as we can. So this class is for people who want a slower paced aerial class and might need some more assistance. We will rig the equipment at a lower height and provide as much support as we can to get you making some shapes in the air, most likely on slings and hoop, but we're flexible on this one too. Level Water provide 1:1 and adapted swimming lessons to ensure every child has the opportunity to learn to swim and develop a lifelong love of the water. In addition to our regular lesson slots of 16:00 - 19:00 Monday to Friday, and 09:00 - 12:00 on Saturdays, we can also deliver lessons on a wider variety of days and times to suit your requirements. parkrun is a free, community event where you can walk, jog, run, volunteer or spectate. parkrun is 5k and takes place every Saturday morning. junior parkrun is 2k, dedicated to 4-14 year olds and their families, every Sunday morning. parkrun is positive, welcoming and inclusive, there is no time limit and no one finishes last. Everyone is welcome to come along.
Goalball sessions for all ages and abilities. We offer weekly sessions of Goalball, we are a welcoming club who look forward to welcoming you to our weekly sessions. Goalball is a 3 a side sport based on offence and defence, where the ball is bowled with the objective to get it into the opposition's net. It's a non-contact sport, and while primarily aimed towards visually impaired participants, we always aim to adapt the game for as many people to take part as possible.
Community disability swimming sessions. Whatever your disability, fitness or water confidence, come and join our community sessions to be active in the water. We have a team of volunteers who are there to support, motivate and be friendly faces.
