Welcome to our walking group (or wandering group). This is for anyone who likes a walk, a little adventure, good company and cake! We welcome those injured and awaiting that green light to get running again, group runners who fancy a change of pace, new members who would like to meet us before coming for a run and those looking to build up some fitness ahead of a couch to 5k. This gentle, yet invigorating flow focuses on soft, therapeutic poses linked together in a flowing sequence. A slower-paced practice with a focus on cooling, relaxing, and grounding postures where students will be guided to connect each pose with their breath to harmonise mind, body and soul.
