One 45 minute Hatha Yoga class adaptable for students of all levels. Each week we work through different standing seated and inverted postures, working with the breath, concentration and bandhas (abdominal and pelvic floor)
Suitable for older adults, ante and post natal and those new to exercise, Forever Active is a low impact keep fit class with an extended warm up to maintain and improve mobility, flexibility, functional strength and fitness. Suitable for those with restricted mobility and for those that prefer to exercise seated. Inclusive and accessible for all.
Session for family to build water confidence in a calm environment with unique ambience created by coloured lighting effects and sounds/music. This activity’s ideal for those looking to enjoy a sensory experience based around visual, hearing and touch senses.
PLEASE NOTE: If you have never used the toning suite before you are required an induction. Inductions are £11.80 and must be booked over the phone or in site (01472) 326875. You are only permitted to use the Toning Suite if you meet a certain criteria which will be authorised by the Fitness Supervisor.
Mainly seated class to help support stronger bones, improve mobility and daily active living. Suitable for people who are at risk of falling or who have fallen previously and are gaining confidence.
Seated or standing exercises focusing on improving balance to reduce the risk of falls and increase confidence in our more vulnerable customers.
Each paying ticket admits one carer free of charge. Supervision ratios apply for children under 8. These are: children 18M – 4Y = 1 full paying adult – 1 child. Children 5 – 7 Y = 1 full paying adult bouncing – 10 children. Over 8’s – No ratios apply. Trampoline socks must be worn.
