Our Skill X classes are based on developing athletic performance using a balanced training format scientifically proven to increase physical capacities. All workouts are designed to supercharge your Power, Agility, Speed, and Stamina, all within a short 45-minute session.
Start your week with a small-group outdoor Pilates class in the heart of Battersea Park. This 55-minute session focuses on building core strength, improving posture, and increasing flexibility — all with the fresh air and open space of the park.
