Free weekly women's walking group in South London. We meet at 6.30pm on Wednesdays and walk for c45 minutes in Peckham Rye Park. Run by an experienced pilates instructor and sports coach. Our walk includes a warm up, cool down and short exercise 'bite'. We offer a modified walk for different abilities and fitness levels. There are no barriers to women walking with us. No need to book. We are a club specifically set up to coach those youngsters with disabilities from the age of 9 years upwards. We meet at Northgate Sports Centre on Wednesday evenings from 6.30pm until 8.00pm in the summer and 6.30pm to 7.30pm in the winter. This mix of gentle, hatha and vinyasa yoga is ideal for beginners as well as experienced yogi's. Other aspects of yoga, such as qi gong, meditation and breathing techniques, will be included.
