We offer three different levels of walking groups to suit a variety of fitness levels and preferences: Walk Plus A brisk, faster-paced group (3.5 to 4 miles per hour), ideal for those who are generally fit and already walk regularly. PLEASE NOTE: If you have never used the toning suite before you are required an induction. Inductions are £11.80 and must be booked over the phone or in site (01472) 326875. You are only permitted to use the Toning Suite if you meet a certain criteria which will be authorised by the Fitness Supervisor.

Join this free Wellbeing walk, for fresh air and fitness in a friendly environment. Wellbeing Walks are short walks, led by friendly, specially trained volunteer walk leaders, who are on hand to provide encouragement and support.
