Our aim is to encourage and promote sport to people with a disability to enable them to be physically active. Our sessions are led by enthusiastic and fully qualified coaches who will ensure that the participants have a great time and have an opportunity to to try a range of activities.

Walking Netball is a slower version of the game; it is netball, but at a walking pace. Sessions are full of fun, laughter, and camaraderie. Our sessions will be lead by a walking netball host who will support you if you are new to netball or would like a refresher. We want to build a social and supportive female network whilst being active. Sessions will take place on Wednesdays starting 14th January, indoors, 10:30am-11:30am. Grade 3 - 1 hour, about 3 miles, moderate hills, faster pace and possible stiles. If this is your first Health Walk, please arrive 10-15 minutes before the start so you can listen to a pre walk briefing. You don't need any special equipment but be sure to dress for the weather and wear sturdy shoes and bring a bottle of water.
