Aerial isn't easy. But the challenge is part of what makes it so fun! We're all about making it as accessible as we can. So this class is for people who want a slower paced aerial class and might need some more assistance. We will rig the equipment at a lower height and provide as much support as we can to get you making some shapes in the air, most likely on slings and hoop, but we're flexible on this one too. Level Water provide 1:1 and adapted swimming lessons to ensure every child has the opportunity to learn to swim and develop a lifelong love of the water. In addition to our regular lesson slots of 16:00 - 19:00 Monday to Friday, and 09:00 - 12:00 on Saturdays, we can also deliver lessons on a wider variety of days and times to suit your requirements. Enjoy sociable Nordic Walking for Freedom Passport holders in a variety of locations with a mixed ability group. Lead by accredited instructors or leaders, these walks make the most of our beautiful countryside and are a relaxing way to enjoy being active outdoors, at the same time as improving your fitness and wellbeing. We'll walk for at least an hour, longer if your time allows. Poles provided. Wear outdoor activity footwear and clothes suitable for the weather.
