A gently paced walk from Kingdom.   This walk is  is perfect if you are quite new to Nordic Walking.  There is a lovely cafe and toilet facilities at Kingdom. I need a minimum of 3 people for a walk.  Please cancel by 6pm the day before a walk.  If you need to cancel after this time or on the day of the walk, I would ask that you just let me know that you cannot attend and the walk will remain chargeable. A fantastic start to the week! with a Gentle 'Walk in the woods', walk yourself fitter while refeshing your mind at the same time. These walks use poles to improve general fitness and increase joint mobility.
