Street Bikes is is a British Cycling Limitless Club. Limitless, is British Cycling’s inclusive cycling programme which provides cycling opportunities for disabled people, regardless of age, impairment and ability. Limitless Clubs have committed to providing an inclusive and welcoming environment. Clubs may offer integrated inclusive sessions, or separate Limitless sessions specifically for disabled riders. A slower version of the game, it`s still netball, but played at a walking pace. The game has been designed so that anyone can play it, regardless of fitness level and sessions are taken by a trained activator. Don’t worry if you have forgotten the rules, as they will be able to help you on your way to getting back into the sport you love.
A social, led, brisk, short walk which, done on a regular basis, can help you feel good and have more energy. Health Walks are led by trained walk leaders and vary in length to suit all abilities. Be sure to check with site to confirm the meeting place as it could be in a community setting rather than the Centre. All you need is a comfortable pair of shoes and possibly a drink.
