Dance classes for all ages, ranging from 1-3yrs Mini Movement classes to Adult Ballet & Tap classes. Our main timetable is for ages 3-18, providing classes in ballet, modern, tap, hip hop, contemporary, jazz and Musical Theatre. Our classes are inclusive, and are always flexible to individual needs, so always come and talk to us!

Cross Country session for all abilities, to include some hills. Suitable for anyone who can run 5k distance, at any pace. Sorry no children or dogs. Up to 1 hour. Please note that some runs may be suitable for children aged 8+ where the Run Leader(s) holds the relevant qualifications and insurance. Please check with the Run Leader(s) directly before attending any runs with under 8s. Suitable for all levels. A restful, calming class incorporating different aspects of yoga. This slightly longer class (90 minutes) allows time to explore postures, relaxation, breathing and meditation. A perfect beginner's class that is also appropriate for those working with injury, limited mobility or who prefer a softer, gentler approach to yoga. Age 14+.
A particularly high energy workout walk for those who like to stride ahead and cover the extra mile!
PLEASE NOTE: If you have never used the toning suite before you are required an induction. Inductions are £11.80 and must be booked over the phone or in site (01472) 326875. You are only permitted to use the Toning Suite if you meet a certain criteria which will be authorised by the Fitness Supervisor.
Join this free Wellbeing walk, for fresh air and fitness in a friendly environment. Wellbeing Walks are short walks, led by friendly, specially trained volunteer walk leaders, who are on hand to provide encouragement and support. The walks are free of charge and are open to everyone – you don’t need to preregister, just come along and join the group at the advertised time. The route starts and finishes at the same location.
