Let's Go Southall CC is a British Cycling Limitless Club. Limitless, is British Cycling’s inclusive cycling programme which provides cycling opportunities for disabled people, regardless of age, impairment and ability. Limitless Clubs have committed to providing an inclusive and welcoming environment. Clubs may offer integrated inclusive sessions, or separate Limitless sessions specifically for disabled riders. The walk starts from the picture-perfect Avington Park. We follow footpaths by the river and through fields. Highland cattle can often be seen grazing peacefully and it feels like we are transported into a different time altogether. A mainly flat walk with some sections that can be muddy in wet weather but no stiles!
A faster paced Nordic Walk suitable for those wishing to increase their fitness levels. (Gear 2 with bursts of Gear 3) A picture-perfect route from Avington Park on footpaths by the river and through fields.

Suitable for recovery from injury or managing a musculoskeletal condition as well as general wellbeing.
