Displaying local activities and events running in the next two weeks
A slower version of the game, it`s still netball, but played at a walking pace. The game has been designed so that anyone can play it, regardless of fitness level and sessions are taken by a trained activator. Don’t worry if you have forgotten the rules, as they will be able to help you on your way to getting back into the sport you love.
Sessions for adults to swim socially, no lanes. These sessions are generally quieter and so may be more suitable for those living with dementia, neurodivergence and/or other long term health conditions

This is aimed at people who have been diagnosed with Parkinson's and anybody who is involved as a helper or carer. it is accepted that vigorous exercise which increases the heart rate can help prolong the onset of symptoms, so come along and get the heartrate up! Please note that some runs may be suitable for children aged 8+ where the Run Leader(s) holds the relevant qualifications and insurance. A class which includes specific exercises to support people living with Parkinson's disease with an emphasis on big movement, high effort, strengthening, balance and co-ordination to challenge the brain and body. Participants must be able to walk between circuit stations and participate in the higher intensity exercises independently
Snuggles, giggles and gentle vibes! Our baby inclusive sensory sessions are full of soft sounds, soothing lights and sweet moments.
PLEASE NOTE: If you have never used the toning suite before you are required an induction. Inductions are £11.80 and must be booked over the phone or in site (01472) 326875. You are only permitted to use the Toning Suite if you meet a certain criteria which will be authorised by the Fitness Supervisor.
Improve your strength and balance. The class is a mix of seated and standing exercises. All abilities welcome.
