PLEASE NOTE: If you have never used the toning suite before you are required an induction. Inductions are £11.80 and must be booked over the phone or in site 01472 326875. You are only permitted to use the Toning Suite if you meet a certain criteria which will be authorised by the Fitness Supervisor.

Exercise class for individuals living with Parkinson's, session work on balance, coordination, strength and cognition and moderate intensity exercises as recommended in Parkinson's physical activity guidelines. £5 per person paid to the Parkinson's group leader.
All the year round bowls for members and those who join our 1 hour Bowl For Health sessions. Coaching is free. Bowl For Health costs £2.70 for an hours fun bowls - we supply the equipment and you get a drink and biscuits at the end.
