The classes are suitable for older adults who haven’t exercised before or who have started to experience a decline in their physical ability. There are two classes available: A Beginner/Intermediate class which lasts for 45 minutes and an Intermediate/Advanced class, which lasts for approximately 1 hour. Each class is taught by a qualified and knowledgeable instructor who will be able to answer any questions you might have. You will be able to exercise at your own pace in a positive environme...
Our Strength and Balance classes are designed for individuals wanting to improve their strength and balance while learning new exercises to maintain independence. The classes are suitable for those who haven't exercised before or are experiencing a decline in their physical ability. Exercise at your own pace in a positive environment and meet others in your community who are at a similar ability level. There is a mixture of standing and seated exercises.
Free Martial Arts session for anyone (aged 16-29) to join. The Codrington Budokan is a friendly and professionally run martial arts centre offering a wide range of activities in a specialised and well-equipped environment. At this session, you will have access to: – Karate – Fencing – Socialising with new and current friends! – General Etiquette and a values based programme
A swim session for people with disabilities, parents and carers are welcome
Swimming is an low-impact workout that works the whole body. It can help build cardiovascular fitness, stamina and strength.
An elegant adult ballet-inspired exercise class, designed especially for active seniors who want to gently mobilise and socialise, improve their balance, and strength and stay active.
