Walking Netball is a slower version of the game; it is netball, but at a walking pace. Sessions are full of fun, laughter and camaraderie. It is not a requirement to register in advance but if you choose not to follow the online registration process we do ask that you email the contact on this page so where possible, they are able to communicate with you should any cancellation occur. A personalised aqua therapy class designed for individuals with muscle and joint problems, including arthritis, knee, hip, and back pain. For the first session, please arrive 30 minutes before the start time.
