Keep Fit With Cake is a gentle exercise and dance class suitable for wheelchair users and those with limited mobility. The whole session is seat based. The exercise session is followed by a social with refreshments and cake.

Join us out on the bell boats for some fun on the lake The bell boat is a stable 10 seater boat. Every participant has a paddle which helps to propel the boat. Please wear clothes and footwear that do not matter if they get wet. Buoyancy aids will be provided. Each place booked comes with a free carer seat on the boat

Wellbeing Walks are short walks, run by friendly, specially trained volunteer walk leaders, who are on hand to provide encouragement and support. Walking netball is played at walking pace, with players not allowed to run. This includes with the ball or off the ball, and includes jogging. You can ‘walk’ as fast as you want and walking as described in the rules is “one foot must be in contact with the ground at all times'”.
