Our seated dance classes combine dance and movement in a sociable, enjoyable and welcoming environment. These sessions can help you remain mobile and feel the very positive effects for both body and mind that dance can provide. We use props to help extend your range of movement so that everything we do can be adapted for you and your physical ability and confidence. If you enjoy walking in open green spaces then come along and try this walk over Milton Common. The ground can be rough and uneven but the views across the harbour to Hayling Island are lovely. You may also see some interesting birds in this area. Pathways may be wet and muddy so wear appropriate footwear.
