Walking Netball is a slower version of the game; it is netball, but at a walking pace. Sessions are full of fun, laughter and camaraderie. It is not a requirement to register in advance but if you choose not to follow the online registration process we do ask that you email the contact on this page so where possible, they are able to communicate with you should any cancellation occur. In-Person: open level yoga class at YogaSpace with Clara. Enjoy slow, dynamic breath-led movements with meditative space and seated breathwork. The classes will accommodate your ability, from beginners to experienced. Suitable for those with health limitations too. Please do get in touch if you want to check if this class is for you.
Monday evening 7-8pm is for 8-16years only. Monday 8.15-9.15pm is for anyone aged 16years+. Wednesday session 7-9pm is a mixed aged session for anyone 8 years and over. The sessions can also be adapted for wheelchair users.
PLEASE NOTE: If you have never used the toning suite before you are required an induction. Inductions are £11.80 and must be booked over the phone or in site 01472 326875. You are only permitted to use the Toning Suite if you meet a certain criteria which will be authorised by the Fitness Supervisor.

An adaptable class that responds to your individual ability, water confidence and focus. Perfect for returning to exercise, building confidence and fitness. Suitable for recovery from injury or managing a musculoskeletal condition as well as general wellbeing.
