PLEASE NOTE: If you have never used the toning suite before you are required an induction. Inductions are £11.80 and must be booked over the phone or in site (01472) 326875. You are only permitted to use the Toning Suite if you meet a certain criteria which will be authorised by the Fitness Supervisor.
Wellbeing Walks are short walks, run by friendly, specially trained volunteer walk leaders, who are on hand to provide encouragement and support. All walks are free of charge and are open to everyone – you don’t need to preregister, just come along and join us. Grampian Inclusive Cycling Bothies (GICB) is a 3-year lottery funded project to make cycling more accessible in Grampian. We currently have cycling bothies in Aberdeen, Peterhead, Alford and Banff, where we run regular sessions using adapted bikes.
