Walking Netball is a slower version of the game; it is netball, but at a walking pace. Sessions are full of fun, laughter and camaraderie. Taking place at Bagshot Pavilion, this class will help you understand how to engage core muscles before working through various Pilates exercises. This class is suitable for beginners or those looking to work at a slower pace with different levels offered. This is a mat based class and may include the use of small equipment, which will be provided.

Social group walk jog or Run around Gorleston area. Take part at pace comfortable for you; walk, jog or run. Darkness and Street lighting increases risk of trips, slips and falls so the pace will be slow and social. The route is mixture of tarmac and grass with kerbs and road crossings. Surface is not always even so please look ahead for hazards. If you choose to wear head torch do not shine it in eyes of other runners at that negatively affects their night vision.
