Wheelchair track training sessions - these are held at the Mary Peters Track (Belfast) on Thursday nights 5pm - 6pm for athletes aged 8-12 (April to October) and from 5pm - 6.30pm (all year) for athletes aged 12 and older. PLEASE NOTE: If you have never used the toning suite before you are required an induction. Inductions are £11.80 and must be booked over the phone or in site (01472) 326875. You are only permitted to use the Toning Suite if you meet a certain criteria which will be authorised by the Fitness Supervisor.
This activity will help with the fundamentals on how to train and give you the basic mechanics of how to use gym equipment safely, also structure a workout ensuring form is correct. All juniors under the age of 16 MUST be accompanied by an adult to take part. Please only book onto one class each week. We will be working on one muscle group each week.
