Looking to get your own adapted bike, or want to hire ours at Stanborough Park, why not join us for a 1-1 induction? We will work together to identify the right bike and set up for the individual, then go out for a ride to show suitable routes and make sure the bike is suitable. Following an induction the identified bike can be hired when available at Stanborough.

PLEASE NOTE: If you have never used the toning suite before you are required an induction. Inductions are £11.80 and must be booked over the phone or in site (01472) 326875. You are only permitted to use the Toning Suite if you meet a certain criteria which will be authorised by the Fitness Supervisor.
We'll meet at Lea Bridge station and take a gentle walk to Waltham Abbey, about 17km. Return travel is from Waltham Cross station. Train run at xx01 and xx31 past the hour and take 27 minutes to get to Liverpool Street, via Tottenham Hale and Stratford.
