With my novel technique of balancing the front wheel on the kick drum pedal and simply rocking forward, you can ROCK OUT to all your favourite songs, learn how to play in a band or write your own music, or simply a great way to exercise and have fun! Session for family to build water confidence in a calm environment with unique ambience created by coloured lighting effects and sounds/music. This activity’s ideal for those looking to enjoy a sensory experience based around visual, hearing and touch senses.

Sessions for adults to swim socially, no lanes. These sessions are generally quieter and so may be more suitable for those living with dementia, neurodivergence and/or other long term health conditions 

A class designed for people following a cardiac episode, including surgery, to continue to be active in a safe environment.

Instructor led sessions where participants are able to follow individually tailored exercise to meet their muscular skeletal conditions.
