This is a Quiet Soft Play session for children up to 10 years old. Some session features include no music, familiar faces, and reduced capacity. Junior tickets include 1 free adult. All additional adults need to purchase a ticket. Socks must be worn at all times. No outside food or drink is permitted.
Sunday Runs vary depending on the training plans and seasons. This gentle, yet invigorating flow focuses on soft, therapeutic poses linked together in a flowing sequence. A slower-paced practice with a focus on cooling, relaxing, and grounding postures where students will be guided to connect each pose with their breath to harmonise mind, body and soul. Expect to experience a sense of deep relaxation combined with movement designed to improve circulation and range of motion, whilst calming the nervous system. Each paying ticket admits one carer free of charge. Supervision ratios apply for children under 8. These are: children 18M – 4Y = 1 full paying adult – 1 child. Children 5 – 7 Y = 1 full paying adult bouncing – 10 children. Over 8’s – No ratios apply. Trampoline socks must be worn.
The walks are completed at a relaxed pace to give you the best chance to chat and aim to be between 3.5 to 4 miles in total, lasting about 90 mins. Whenever possible the routes that are used are off road to be able to take in nature's seasons. The walks are once a month and are free to join. Booking is needed though as there is a limited number of places.
