Join this free Wellbeing walk, for fresh air and fitness in a friendly environment. Wellbeing Walks are short walks, led by friendly, specially trained volunteer walk leaders, who are on hand to provide encouragement and support. Our gentle circuit exercise class is designed to support patients before, during and after cancer treatment. This class will gently work your whole body and is achievable for all levels of fitness. A Prehab/Rehab class that is designed to support you in returning to exercise or for those who are new to keeping fit.
A dedicated 55-minute session for those over 50+ that is both lane swimming and casual swimming, which also includes those with disabilities that require a quieter session.
