Walking Netball is a slower version of the game; it is netball, but at a walking pace. Sessions are full of fun, laughter and camaraderie. It is not a requirement to register in advance but if you choose not to follow the online registration process we do ask that you email the contact on this page so where possible, they are able to communicate with you should any cancellation occur. Gentle Pilates allows the mind to relax, body to unwind, and to find a deeper connection between physical and emotional being through the use of linking movement and breath. This class is a slow paced and relaxed way for beginners to introduce themselves to Pilates, for those who are returning after an injury or anyone who needs a light Pilates session. These sessions will ultimately help you to get out of back pain and get you moving better, feeling better and living better.
Mixed ability. Equipment class using the Pilates Reformer, Cadillac Tower and Pilates Chair. This class uses the fundamentals of Pilates (improved posture, stability, flexibility and strength) and incorporates these into a higher intensity session using the Pilates equipment and small weights to strengthen, stretch and tone giving you that fabulous Pilates body – we may get a little sweaty in this class too!
PLEASE NOTE: If you have never used the toning suite before you are required an induction. Inductions are £11.80 and must be booked over the phone or in site (01472) 326875. You are only permitted to use the Toning Suite if you meet a certain criteria which will be authorised by the Fitness Supervisor.
