High Rise Lisburn is an exciting new indoor adventure centre offering lots to do for all ages. The centre offers autism-friendly sessions also suitable for sensory processing disorders or those who would prefer to visit the centre during a quieter, more relaxing time. They offer Clip 'n' Climb for 4+ years and soft play for up to 8 years every Sunday morning at 10am, and also have sensory rooms designed to be inclusive and accessible.

Each paying ticket admits one carer free of charge. Supervision ratios apply for children under 8. These are: children 18M – 4Y = 1 full paying adult – 1 child. Children 5 – 7 Y = 1 full paying adult bouncing – 10 children. Over 8’s – No ratios apply. Trampoline socks must be worn.
This is a monthly women's walking group where the walk is completed at a relaxed pace to give you a chance to chat and aims to be between 3.5 to 4 miles in total, lasting about 90 minutes. Depending on the time of year and the ground conditions, the walks will be either road based or ideally we use the many footpaths in and around Chalfont St Peter. A low impact easy on the joints walking workout. During this class the focus is to get your daily step count up while using some light weights to sculpt and strengthen.
We run a fun, friendly and inclusive wheelchair rugby session. We train on Sunday mornings 10.30 – 12.30 at Brighton University Sports Centre, just behind the Amex Stadium in Falmer. We welcome new players with a physical disability– no previous experience required – and we can provide all the necessary equipment including specialist sports rugby wheelchairs.
