The class is a slow mindful practice for nervous system resilience and is suitable for every body. When the nervous system is balanced all the internal organs work more effectively and you feel calm and peaceful inside. The class includes gentle stretches to lengthen the spine and improve posture and flexibility, breath awareness and deep relaxation to release stress and anxiety.
