We offer short walks of between 25 - 30 minutes at the pace of the slowest or least confident person and we are happy to stop and wait for anyone who needs to rest during the walks. The walk is usually followed by a refreshments and a chat.

We are a wheelchair rugby club based in Dorset, there is no experience necessary just a physical disability if you're an adult. All children aged 8-17 years can play, but a large majority of Junior Programme members have a physical or learning impairment. Boccia (pronounced bot-cha) is the most inclusive sport you’ll find! It's easy to play, but harder to master! Boccia is a Paralympic sport with no Olympic equivalent. It’s a target ball sport which tests both muscle control and accuracy.
