PLEASE NOTE: If you have never used the toning suite before you are required an induction. Inductions are £11.80 and must be booked over the phone or in site (01472) 326875. You are only permitted to use the Toning Suite if you meet a certain criteria which will be authorised by the Fitness Supervisor.
Welcome to our walking group (or wandering group). This is for anyone who likes a walk, a little adventure, good company and cake! We welcome those injured and awaiting that green light to get running again, group runners who fancy a change of pace, new members who would like to meet us before coming for a run and those looking to build up some fitness ahead of a couch to 5k.
