Join this free Wellbeing walk, for fresh air and fitness in a friendly environment. Wellbeing Walks are short walks, led by friendly, specially trained volunteer walk leaders, who are on hand to provide encouragement and support. The walks are free of charge and are open to everyone – you don’t need to preregister, just come along and join the group at the advertised time. The route starts and finishes at the same location. A Play Session for children under 12s Booking times are for 60 minutes - 15 minutes for entry and 45 minutes activity time. Supervision ratios apply for children under 8 years. For Trampoline Parks, trampoline specific socks must be worn. This is an inclusive session for people with disabilities.

Social group walk jog or Run around Gorleston area. Take part at pace comfortable for you; walk, jog or run. Darkness and Street lighting increases risk of trips, slips and falls so the pace will be slow and social. The route is mixture of tarmac and grass with kerbs and road crossings. Surface is not always even so please look ahead for hazards. If you choose to wear head torch do not shine it in eyes of other runners at that negatively affects their night vision.
