Monday night club run. Our sessions are designed to suit all abilities. We run in groups according to ability with different paces and ability. We offer a 3K, 5K and 8K route Please note that some runs may be suitable for children aged 8+ where the Run Leader(s) holds the relevant qualifications and insurance. MindSTONES is a free football scheme for men aged 18+ who wish to improve their mental and physical fitness in a friendly, open and safe environment. The one-hour sessions consist of a themed group discussion on mental wellbeing, a soccer drill and a short non-competitive match. MindSTONES sessions are held at Valley Park School, Maidstone on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8pm to 9pm, outside on the 3G pitch.

Level Water provide 1:1 and adapted swimming lessons to ensure every child has the opportunity to learn to swim and develop a lifelong love of the water.
