Multi-sports session for people with disabilities, their families and friends are held on term time Fridays in Brecon Leisure Centre. Suitable for all ages from 14 upwards, just drop-in to the session BISA is affiliated to Special Olympics www.specialolympicsgb.org.uk Members of BISA attend outdoor activity sessions organised by local outdoor activity providers.

PLEASE NOTE: If you have never used the toning suite before you are required an induction. Inductions are £12.00 and must be booked over the phone or in site 01472 326875. You are only permitted to use the Toning Suite if you meet a certain criteria which will be authorised by the Fitness Supervisor.

We train regularly at all levels from beginner to elite, all ages (6+). We develop our skills in fitness, basketball and socially. We have a good laugh. Our main sessions is Tuesdays from 6:30pm till 9pm, Fridays from 9pm till 10pm. We regularly have junior sessions on Saturdays too. All sessions are held at the LC Swansea, SA1 3ST.

Clyde Cycle Park is a British Cycling Limitless Club. Limitless, is British Cycling’s inclusive cycling programme which provides cycling opportunities for disabled people, regardless of age, impairment and ability. Limitless Clubs have committed to providing an inclusive and welcoming environment. Clubs may offer integrated inclusive sessions, or separate Limitless sessions specifically for disabled riders. Cancer Support group session on the last Saturday of every month where you can jog, walk, or run any distance from 1k to 5k and everything in between!
