An adaptable class that responds to your individual ability, water confidence and focus. Perfect for returning to exercise, building confidence and fitness. Suitable for recovery from injury or managing a musculoskeletal condition as well as general wellbeing. Pre-registration is required before attending your first Good Boost session, please contact your local leisure facility.
PLEASE NOTE: If you have never used the toning suite before you are required an induction. Inductions are £11.80 and must be booked over the phone or in site 01472 326875. You are only permitted to use the Toning Suite if you meet a certain criteria which will be authorised by the Fitness Supervisor.

This is our fully inclusive climbing class for 7 - 18 year olds on Tuesdays 4pm - 6pm. Summiteers SEN is a fully inclusive climbing class for children aged 7 - 18. The sessions can be tailored to your child's specific needs. Children can try Roped Climbing, Bouldering and Clip 'n Climb. We are running free arm cycling spin classes at the MoveWell Centre at the University of Birmingham. These classes are for everyone, all abilities welcome! The classes are run every Tuesday at 4pm and Friday at 1pm, starting from the 1st October. The classes will last 45 minutes, and are free to attend! Level Water provide 1:1 and adapted swimming lessons to ensure every child has the opportunity to learn to swim and develop a lifelong love of the water. In addition to our regular lesson slots of 16:00 - 19:00 Monday to Friday, and 09:00 - 12:00 on Saturdays, we can also deliver lessons on a wider variety of days and times to suit your requirements.
