Mixed Ability Pilates - Oldland Community and Youth Building Thursdays 8-9pm Suitable for all ages and abilities, no experience needed. Spaces limited to allow social distancing so must book to attend and bring your own mat. £8 single class or £40 for 6 classes. Zoom option available.
Burlesque dance class using chairs as props, sometimes with the aid of feather boas or feather handheld fans. Pretty much the sexiest and most fun workout out there!
Get Fit, Lose Weight, Gain Confidence, Have Fun! This is a Burlesque Chair Dance class open to over 16s (15 if accompanied by an adult). All sizes and shapes are welcome and no dance experience is needed. Only £5 per session!
