Wellbeing Walks are short walks, run by friendly, specially trained volunteer walk leaders, who are on hand to provide encouragement and support. All walks are free of charge and are open to everyone – you don’t need to preregister, just come along and join us. The routes start and finish at the same location as advertised, and last between 30 and 90 minutes. Come along and join us at Liskeard Leisure Centre every Wednesday on our Wellbeing Walk. Walkers can meet at the Centre 10.15am, for walk to start at 10.30am. Our Walks are low-level, lasting 30 - 45mins, and can suit all looking to start or maintain activity. We will end our walks with the chance to have a natter and cuppa in the cafe.
Pinetum Gardens Walk As walkers arrive they split into 4 groups with different walk paces to cover the 30 acre site at a speed to suit each individual. Please make yourself known to any of the walk leaders who will be wearing a hi vis vest.
