This is a seniors class for all ages above 50 and all levels of fitness. The class is fun and all ages (above 50)/ all abilities welcome. The exercises aim to improve your function: day to day life. Powerchair football is fast, fun sport primarily for people with physical disabilities. It is an alternative to running football and is played in electric wheelchairs. Participants play 4 v 4 and the aim of the game is to score goals by hitting the football with the bumper attached to your chair.
