A gentle swim session for those wanting to help increase mobility and talk to other people in a similar situation. Members join the swimming club for free and each session is £3pp, assisting carers are free. To join you must be registered disabled, recovering from an injury, or referred by a doctor or physiotherapist. Our group not only helps physical challenges, but more importantly is a great way to help tips and advice from other people.
Let's Go Southall CC is a British Cycling Limitless Club. Limitless, is British Cycling’s inclusive cycling programme which provides cycling opportunities for disabled people, regardless of age, impairment and ability. Limitless Clubs have committed to providing an inclusive and welcoming environment. Clubs may offer integrated inclusive sessions, or separate Limitless sessions specifically for disabled riders. A slower version of the game, it`s still netball, but played at a walking pace. The game has been designed so that anyone can play it, regardless of fitness level and sessions are taken by a trained activator. Don’t worry if you have forgotten the rules, as they will be able to help you on your way to getting back into the sport you love.
Instructor led sessions where participants are able to follow individually tailored exercise to meet their muscular skeletal conditions.

This session enables runners of varying abilities to work to their individual level of fitness. Due to the nature of the session, we work within a smaller area, so all runners are able to run without the pressure of having to keep up with others, nor feel that they are underachieving .
