Want to give tennis a go? A complete beginner? Why not come along to our beginner's tennis session Tennis Xpress. We have wheelchairs you can borrow, or you can bring your own. This is suitable for you if you've never tried tennis before or if you have a little experience. Suitable for those with and without physical disabilities.
The Scottish Paraclimbing Club is run by its members and volunteers, and provides a chance for beginners to learn climbing, or for existing climbers to climb and socialise with others. Thursday evenings are our informal group run for all those that can run 5km already (if not, look out for our Couch to 5k courses).
